Man Relationship with a Woman

#1: Take responsibility

Do not do things you realize are wrong after which blame others. If you make a mistake, take responsibility for your actions. Among the meanings of the word "husband" is someone who skilfully manages his household. A manager takes responsibility. There's little sympathy for a man who blames a woman for something that has gone incorrect. He's frequently nonetheless held responsible. Individuals will ask him, "Why did you let it go on?" A man has to look at himself and see how he can alter his own actions to properly deal with comparable scenarios.

#2: Show leadership
If a man desires to be seen as worthy and have a good relationship having a woman, he has to show leadership. When he sees a situation that needs to be dealt with, he ought to step forward and deal with it. People admire those that step forward to handle difficult situations. We do not admire those who stand back and wait for others to solve the problem.
Some men steer clear of taking the lead because they don't want to be criticized. They believe they're playing it safe. A man should say, "I'll handle it," and take the initiative to discover solutions. If he's not sure what the solution is, do what other leaders do -- consult the many sources of info available.

#3: Make decisions

Among the meanings of the word "manly" is being decisive. A man needs to make decisions and take responsibility for the outcome. If he's reluctant to create decisions, she may resent him. Component of generating decisions is understanding the other person's views and being flexible. She does not want someone controlling her, but she also does not want someone who leaves each and every choice to her. A man who's afraid of generating a wrong decision should ask himself: Who should make decisions? -- somebody who isn't afraid of making errors.

#4: Be powerful

The Talmud asks: Who's powerful? He who can manage his passions (Ethics with the Fathers, 4:1). Someone who can manage his anger is better than a physically strong man who can conquer a city. Blowing up in anger can seriously harm a relationship. If a man thinks he can't manage his anger, he ought to imagine becoming angry at someone, the telephone rings and it is his boss. Would he calm down? Of course, or he'd shed his job. Not obtaining angry doesn't mean he accepts bad therapy; he calmly sets limits on the treatment he accepts from other people.

#5: Be manly
Being manly isn't becoming macho. Manliness is the positive qualities of decisiveness, strength in one's convictions, confidence, self-reliance, high moral qualities, self-discipline, honesty and integrity. A man who's manly has courage to be able to deal with difficulty, discomfort or danger without backing away regardless of his fear.

If you want man who has really qualities date him for a long to really understand and to make the relationship strong.
